Oreo Flavors Campaign

Terms and conditions of this promotion set a legally binding agreement between Mondelez Egypt Foods S.A.E (“Mondelez Egypt”) and Participants.

The Promoter: This Promotion is being run by Mondelez Egypt by its product “Oreo”
Relevant Market: This Promotion is open to everyone residing in the Arab Republic of Egypt as of the start date of the Promotion.
Date of the Competition:

Start Date: 01/09/2025

End Date: 30/11/2025

All entries must be received on or after the Start date and on or before the End Date.

Eligibility requirements and winning mechanism:

Consumer purchases Oreo Chocolate or Oreo Chocolate Hazelnut flavor packs.
Consumer scans the QR code on the pack, which redirects to a microsite to play the Flavors Game.
Participants choose to join one of two flavor teams: Chocolate or Chocolate Hazelnut and play a game for a chance to win a live Oreo experience with influencers.

Winners will receive one of the below prizes:
A chance to participate in a live Oreo game experience with influencers.
No cash alternatives are applicable.

No other alternative or cash prizes are available.

The Promoter reserves the right to use all information shared by the participants for its social media content and this term and condition is considered as a consent of the participant for the usage of such information.

Prizes Validity

Prize experience details, including dates and logistics, will be communicated separately to winners.

Disqualification:

Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if they fail to comply with the Promotion’s terms or provide false information.
The Promoter may cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend the Promotion at any time without liability.

Limitation of Liability:

The Promoter shall not be deemed responsible or liable towards any third party and/or Participant in case of infringements of any kind of such third party's or Participant’s rights or any loss of person or property or damage caused to the Participant/ third party by virtue of participation in this Promotion.

Force Majeure:

If for any reason the Promoter cannot provide the winner with the prize because of any delays or changes beyond the Promoter’s control, the winner will be compensated with an alternative prize reasonably considered of similar value.

Participant’s Information and data privacy:

By entering this Promotion, the Participant agrees that the information provided by the Participant may be used by the Promoter or appointed agency for the administration of this Promotion.

The Promoter may also use the information to carry out research about this Promotion and communicate future promotions to the Participant.

The personal data of the Participants collected in connection with this Promotion, are necessary for the performance of the Promotion and to satisfy legal and other requirements not contained herein.

The communication of personal information relating to the Participant is carried out in compliance with Egyptian Data Protection Law No.151 for 2020.

The Participant expressly authorizes the Promoter to process personal data concerning him/ her and to communicate such data, to the subsidiary companies of the group, to its partners, its subcontractors and service providers and to any other required legal authorities, as required and in accordance with local laws and regulations.

In this context, the Participant has the right to access, modify and delete his/ her personal data.

The Promoter’s Employees:

This Promotion is not open to the Promotor’s employees (or members of their immediate families namely sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, or spouses) or the employees of its subsidiaries, affiliates, sister companies or any third parties involved in the execution of this Promotion, either directly or indirectly. If any such person wins the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel such participation.

Reserved Rights:

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, alter or add to at any time during its term.

Governing Law:

The terms and conditions of this Promotion are subject to the Laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle and dispute or claim arising in connection with this Promotion.
